The restricted stock units vest in a series of twelve (12) successive substantially equal quarterly installments, with the first installment vesting on May 1, 2022 and continuing the first day of each third month thereafter. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock. The restricted stock units award was made in accordance with the terms of the Issuer's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2016 Plan"). |
